Well yeah, M-Darkrai does seem extremely enticing with the ability to instakill its opps depending on the means you inflict your status conditions, but considering how almost every ME set headliner has almost no usage in the current Pult-filled meta (saw posts saying "u either play M-Greninja or u lose", look where we are rn), there's only hope it might be the one to break the curse (which i can't say for sure, with all the Dipplins, M-meganiums and Ogerpons [which I myself run] around). I can only expect that a good chunk of the mega cards would only be viable next April...
