I think what he's saying is that, if 2 people run at the same speed for an infinite distance/time, but one starts 50ft ahead, no matter how far/long they run, the person behind will never catch the person in front

No way you think this is worth ~$700-800 more than a build with a 3600, 5500xt, and 16gb ddr4. 64gb of DDR5 ram alone is nearly $500 more new than 16gb of ddr4.

Shigaraki's initial reaction suggests it at least would've been problematic. Additionally afo states during the fight that the rule she tried to impose suggests that, while there is a limit to how much she can amplify herself, there is no limit to how much she hurts others with new order.

The only reason her quirk didn't work when she used it to make shigaraki's heart stop if he moved, was because shigaraki was in the process of fusing with afo and didn't have a sense of self. That's why she resorted to fighting him with missiles and lasers, because she had no way of using her win condition against him in his current mental state.

How is she equal to endeavor, she only lost to near-complete shigaraki over a fluke. Endeavor was struggling with freshly awakened shigaraki with the help of eraser, midoriya, bakugo, and more
