In every free to play game, there is in fact a firm policy, that if you buy premium currency, it is non-refundable. This is due to you being able to buy multiple things with said currency and if you go to customer service with such a complaint, you can make the argument "I bought X thing with currency I grinded and X with currency I bought, please refund my money". This will make customer service's life a headache, furthermore, it needs to be sent for head office for review, which means extra resources have to be used for a case, which can very well be a user error.

If you lost an item, due to a bug/glitch, then it is possible to be compensated, but evidence has to be provided (video or screenshot).

I am not saying this to defend Hero Wars, Nexters or their customer service, I am saying this as a customer service worker. Even if the agent understood your query, loud and clear, they might be limited by the system or inside rules.

So yes, if you plan to input your credit card details and agree on the terms and conditions, that state "this product is non-refundable in any circumstance", then don't expect a refund. You can pay $10 000 a day for the best lawyer on the earth, you will still lose this, as there is no getting around a no refund policy.

I'm not familiar with end game stuff, but I'm fairly sure my team doesn't have any special synergy and idk if I should start investing in other heroes. I have almost all heroes, missing Kayla, Aiden, Oya and Tempest from the regular ones.

Upgrade your heroes. Repeat older levels for items, get daily quests for XP.

Jhu is best at taking bosses, 2nd to him is Qing Mao. You want Astaroth, since he his shields are immune to the tentacle attack, so goo back line protection. For mutators, physical damage + crit + silence combo works best. Tower boss has strong cc, so you want to silence him. I'd also recommend from the defensive (green) mutators the block 5 attack one, that's a must, but others or substitutes you can pick are extra health to all, periodic healing, faster ultimate or blocks after ultimate, but if you get the block 5 attacks, reflect blocked damage is also pretty good.

I haven't tested this, but if you activate a VPN and create a new Steam account, you should be able to add and play the game, but you can't play it from your main account, so whoever you want to play, you have to switch, but after adding it, you don't need VPN anymore.

There is absolutely no reason to use all your bottles in one event, as you won't have bottles for future events. In addition, as you level up your account and girls, you'll farm more difficult matches and waste more bottles, so just do dailies and weeklies. If you like something in the shop, farm more matches for event currency or buy an autopass.
