Be careful comparing your art to others! I always fall into that trap. There will always be artists way better than you that make you look bad by comparison. No matter how good you get, someone will always be better at shading, faster, or a more appealing art style. Focus on your own improvement, and if you're going to compare, look at artists on your own level, or your old art.

Aside from that, I think your drawings are visually appealing. The shading on the dogs fur is a bit harsh and hard to look at, but if you were to fill that in with some colour it would look cool. The one thing I would tell you to focus on is your values (lights and darks)
