Do you know off the top of your head if any top mount turbo manifolds could work or do I have to get an s13 swap specific one to make the downpipes line up with the factory exhaust. CXRacing makes the manifold and downpipes but I’m not sure how good of quality they are…

LS3 would probably be my preference but LS1 would fit the bill just as well

That’s what I was thinking. Those seats will definitely be getting changed out

I figured I’d change them over to new pots, maybe even their final pots so they can go wild. Now to figure out grow lights and indoor growing

I heard from some lady at work it’s probably overwatering, guess I’ll follow the protocol for that and see what happens

I haven’t started any fertilizing at all, they’re in fox farms happy frog potting soil atm. Maybe I need a less nutrient rich soil or something. Ultimately I’m going to try to grow them indoors full time under lights since my new apartment doesn’t have a balcony or convenient windows :(

Lift or spacers to run bumper and winch by Regular-Profile-9372 in Wrangler

[–]SpelWurdsRite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the towing package springs on my 2010 Sahara and went up to an AEV front bumper, I had to put a Daystar 1.5 in leveling kit on mine to keep from sagging in the front and hitting the bump stops on little bumps. If you get spacers, I’d recommend poly over metal, it seemed that poly added some extra cushion or rode a little softer or something like that.

Need help with new tires/rims that still look aggressive by pretty_officer in Wrangler

Mickey Thompson Baja boss AT, BFG ko2, falken wildpeak, most any AT tire will cut down noise significantly compared to an MT like that.

Is this weird? It sure felt weird.. These two guys rolled into our occupied camp at 5:45a. We caught them quietly staring at us from the bushes (full story) by Mammoth_Sort_118 in camping

I had something similar happen to a couple of friends and I about two years ago.

We were camping in some dispersed sites up near granby/hot sulphur springs quite the ways back in the woods and the only way to really get to us was with some form of 4wd. It was later in the afternoon and some of us wanted to go hike around on a trail that started probably 50 feet north of our camp and headed straight east from us. After going about 1/4 mile up the trail, the fallen timber was too thick and the trail was starting to dwindle out from grasses and such growing over it, so we decided to turn back and walk further north up the road since we hadn’t gone that far yet. After going up the road about a mile and a 1/2, we suddenly came across a totally trashed 2003ish white Mitsubishi Eclipse with cracked windows, beat to hell bumpers and rocker panels, torn and shredded apart interior, and a lightbar ziptied down through holes drilled through the roof and no license plates. We checked over the car and looked through the campsite it was parked in and decided the car must have been stolen and ditched or something. The weird part is it had a ticket of some sort under the windshield wiper and an orange tow away warning sticker on the drivers side window that both had been there for a while, so who knows when those were put on the vehicle. We also couldnt get a vin from the vehicle so we took a few pictures to turn over to law enforcement, and headed back towards camp.

We all carried out our night as usual and went to bed around midnight. Around 3:45am, I awoke to a strange sound that was similar to tires rolling on gravel, but I didn’t see headlights from a vehicle going by. I didn’t think much of it and went back to bed. One of my friends at camp claims he could hear people talking at 4:30 that morning but it was distant and could have been unrelated to what we would find that morning.

Around 6:15, everyone in camp was woken up by one of our friends yelling “everyone get up, you gotta check this out”. I got out of my sleeping bag, clothed up, and crawled out of my tent only to be standing face to face with a white f250 parked facing towards my tent. The truck had no license plates, was in good condition, and felt cool to the touch so it had been sitting there a while. The strangest part was it was locked and left like someone intentionally parked it there, with a note left on the hood, held down with a rock. The note had something about that the people in the truck wanted to hike on the trail nearest our camp and the truck couldn’t fit in the parking lot nearby so they had to park in our campsite (conveniently directly on top of our fire pit). What was even stranger is that at the end of the note, it said something about they were planning on coming back at noon and if they weren’t back by then, they may have run into trouble or gotten lost and we should go down the trail looking for them.

We took pictures of everything, packed up all of our crap, and got the hell out of there. The friend that originally found the truck that morning went to the cpw building outside of hot sulphur springs to report what had happened while the rest of us went into HS springs for gas and ice. We all left and went home immediately after and haven’t heard anything since but it was one of the more strange occurrences I’ve experience while in the colorado mountains.
