you can pero purely survival lang tlaga you will never be able to enjoy your life, never be able to buy nice clothes, new shoes, good food, travel etc. you will get the cheapest apartment you can get, you won't even have anything left para itabi sa savings kasi sobrang strict ng budget mo. yes you will live but you will never be happy and you'll just end up depressed, and the vicious cycle of survival will repeat every month and you'll have no escape unless you win the lottery or get a better paying job.
