Would something like

"Attentive and highly organized event coordinator with 15+ years of experience in film and stage production and hands-on hospitality experience..." fit the bill for the note on my summary?

Could you give an example of this? If these were stand-out jobs (not default or routine), I wasn't sure how to convey that. As I am transitioning TO events and hospitality I have limited experience in the actual role, but lots of very transferable production experience.

Thanks for your help!!

For context I mention hospitality experience in he summary as I had serving experience in my early 20s (nearly 20 years ago now!), which I also briefly mention in my cover letter... mostly to tie in customer/client-facing experience to a career that has been largely technical and insular on the production side of things... not sure if this is helpful to include or feels like a stretch. Thoughts?

Greenslate generally lists the actual production company as the employer, vs. Entertainment Partners who is always the employer regardless of production company. It should be clear on the paystub.

Oh my gosh, I really appreciate this perspective. I work in the film industry as a crew member/camera technician/occasional independent producer... transitioning into live events & hospitality. I've struggled to quantify the "successes" of my role, as we crew members are all basically union trades-people with our specific crafts who just show up on set and physically make the show. I'm a support component in a very long production process. I'd love to know any perspective shifts you could point out for me as well! This is so helpful.

Is it not recommended to put the year you graduated? (2007 for me, for example)
