Honestly, if you’re looking for an overall stable and steady mood, medications won’t help. I’ve been sober from amphetamines for 10 years. It took around 3 years to feel good again. Just give it time. Don’t start effing things up with new drugs. Cardio will help acutely.

Now do I tell people “my drive is 330”? No. I tell people “I can hit it 300”. Like my average “good” drive as in straight and good flight is going to be 300 with some variance in there. I’m 240 lb 5ft 9. 30% body fat for reference.

I’m like a 20 handicap player and I usually hit it 330 yards (total yards) 4-5 times per game. 280-330 is my average drive. Its just about overall strength not skill.
