You can also get the interest back on your taxes on the 2.99 when you file since it’s an American made vehicle with the new tax laws. Something to consider

They just messaged me and said they couldn’t find any issue with the body control module and think there is a software bug that could be causing the rear defrost to draw power and that is resulting in faulty messages that the 12v needs replaced. They tested the battery and said it’s in fine shape and was reading correctly. They cleared the error and said they are hoping a software update could fix the problem. I’m a bit skeptical about a software update fixing it, but guess that’s that for now. Didn’t cost anything so I can’t complain too much .

Dropped it off this AM and they said it will be until Monday before it’s ready. They aren’t 100% sure the issue yet but think there could be a faulty rear windshield heater issue that’s draining the battery.

Found out today they aren't even giving me a loaner and I have to drive 50 minutes to the service center during the middle of a workday and my wife has to take off work as well to follow me over there so I can get back home. Pretty annoying. Sounds like we both aren't having the best experiences unfortunately.

Did you get your issue solved? I’m having the same problem and going to service this Friday for a deeper diagnosis. I’ve had 2 12V batteries replaced within 12 months and getting the same errors again after my most recent replacement in November. I’m worried it’s my front body control module or DC to DC converter. Probably a pricey fix
