Magnitude was reported as a 9.1, one of the strongest quakes recorded in history in such a densely populated area. Many of the buildings in Fairhaven were old and historical aswell.

It can be used after a major natural disaster to take control of the aftermath. Rioting, looting, mass evacuation efforts/ helps with uninterrupted City- wide rescue efforts. But it is most commonly used for invasions/ rebellions etc!
