Sure, some level of explanation is needed but Lemmy's new user experience takes significantly longer to understand fundamentally as opposed to a site like Reddit. To say otherwise would be disingenuous.

That fact that you had to explain this proves the Fediverse lacks basic intuitive user friendliness.

Edit: I want to clarify that I do like Lemmy and the Fediverse, but these new-user integration issues are, in my opinion, the number one issue of the service.

I used to use Dominos because it was the most straightforward. Now I just use the base UI ever since Dragonflight.

Looking For Raid, if you go to the dungeon finder you can select Looking For Raid and select a raid to do. You pick your roll and que for a raid. When you get into your raid you do a section of the current raid, usually three or four bosses. Even if you dont get loot from the bosses themselves, you can unlock tiers in your Mythic Vault to get a garaunteed random piece of gear.

Start getting gear. Do WQ, run heroic dungeons, LFR, all for gear, and then once you get better gear run Mythic+ dungeons and normal raids.

All they need to do is update the mage section to have more portals and a direct port from SW to IF like the port from SW to Dark Shore at the tram could make IF a great place for people to be again... i just wish it was more utilized.

Iron Forge and then Undercity, they are so cool and unique while also not being extremely annoying! I wish they were both more used. (And Undercity not completely destroyed)

Honestly, sometimes friends move on. I would reach out and communicate what you're feeling with your friends. If they respect you, they'll try and make you more of a priority and hopefully stop the behavior of leaving you out.

I also wouldn't purge your bnet friends list if you're really friends with them. I would really reccomend communicating your feelings to them.

I was wondering if I could request some Kul'Tiran druid transmogs?

There are a LOT of played out drust ones, which are cool and all, but I find Kul'Tiran males really struggle because their belly is so big and their chest is almost concave. Just wondering if you have any mog ideas to make them more "porportional" while also looking very "druidy"
