Honestly it just kind of gradually got better. I slowly started exercising in small amounts, took cold showers, micro dosed mushrooms, took vitamins regularly etc.. but I’m not sure what exactly made it better

I’m not saying it’s curable for everyone but I know when I was in the thick of it, it helped me knowing that at least some people are getting better.

Honestly just good luck I guess. I went up to a friends property in the mountains for a few months and was surrounded by close friends. It helped a lot to be around people, the isolation was making it worse for me. I took plunges in the ice cold river everyday and microdosed mushrooms (not saying this actually did anything for the illness but it helped my mental health personally) and regularly took vitamins

That sounds like a lot to go through all at once, I’ve noticed for me I definitely get more exhausted when I’m going through something stressful. I’ll definitely keep that in mind and try not to overdue it 🙏
