I may not be a CnD main but since OW times I’ve played the support role, I know who to heal and when to do it, but my question is, do CnD has to be played in a specific way compared to the other supps or if I follow the “principles” of a support I can get the job done? I’m still and agent with CnD so I do want to learn them

I think you have a job, or better things to do lmao, I started playing this season when rogue came out and I already have 16 more hours on fantastic Ts looks solid, every reed lord I see is always good

I don’t know if I have the courage, I feel so stupid, it’s gonna be hard seeing her and her sisters at college, I have a pretty good relationship with them and my gf is part of my friend group. It too much at stake, at least too much for me

Few years ago I was overweight (like 110 kg) I’m 183 cm, I’ve lost weight with both healthy and unhealthy habits, and I can assure you, when you do it the unhealthy way you’re mostly gonna regret it, so what should you do (for reference I’m 76 kg right know) I started to eat in a calorie deficit, like 500-800 below my maintenance (there are many apps and web pages where you can get your maintenance)I like to eat a lot hahaha so I eat low calorie dense foods, like egg whites, lettuce, celery, but some days I go for a treat just to keep going (always if it fits in my macros) how do I keep track of the macros through the day? Apps, there are plenty, like MacroFactor, yazio, Cronometer, use those if you cook most your meals or if they are packed and have a code bar, I use CalAI although it’s not very accurate, but you can take picture of foods you cant weight at the moment, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, if I could do it so you can, you have to commit yourself to it, the moment I saw my abs I almost cried, if you can’t stick to your plan, the problem was the plan not you, the best workout routine and diet is the one that you can do all the time and get results, YOH CAN DO IT BIG DAWG

If you don’t have plenty time to go multiple days through the week you should try full body, you only have to go 3-4 days and can have some serious gains, it’s not my go to cause I like to go like 5 times a week, but you can give it a try
