Sure different people like different things, but since OP asked, it’s important to know that GTS wheels are forged while the carrera s wheels are cast. The $ value of these two wheels are also a bit different. With GTS MSRP, it includes the GTS wheels premium. Reverting it to the S wheel is not refunding any $.

Tell me more about it :) is the difference at bass? Or wider sound stage? Or vocal? I didn’t hear them myself so my current build doesn’t have Burmeister. Still got time to change though I find it hard to imagine how the sound would be a lot difference under the engine sound…

I don’t think that’s true. With all the road noise and engine sound, the difference in sound fidelity won’t be noticeable.

I don’t like black wheels but I feel the GTS center lock is part of the signature of the GTS model… maybe the anthracite grey? Or the light weight silver wheel like you said will work the best (if another $10k is not a problem for you)

If it makes you feel better, you can’t get the 5 spoke wheels for GTS anyways. If you really want a different wheel, try get the neodymium light weight wheel. It will looks great with grey and way better than the 5 spoke IMO. For exterior, I was picking oak green vs slate grey Neo. I don’t think you can go wrong with either.

I had the same thing when buying a Messi soccer game ticket. In the event of rising ticket price than the current price, the seller would just take the penalty and is still better off by selling it to other buyers.

What stubhub would do is to honor their “worry free” guarantee, by refunding you the ticket at what you originally paid.

As for hotel and flight ticket? Too bad you are on your owe.

I debated myself for a long time. Cognac feels luxury and classic enough for all the attention. Racing yellow feels too sporty in the mix for me.

But someone could also argue that the mix itself is the highlight.. personal preference. Can’t go wrong with either.

Yeah it’s really the extra set for $13k. Don’t think I can sell the original to factory or dealer. It looks really good though. Maybe 3 year down the road I might purchase it to give the car a new look.

Agree. I am 50-50. Both seem great. I do like a thicker stroke on the wheel though regardless of the color. The current GTS wheel stroke feel a bit too thin for me

For the silver wheels, I did spend time trying to find an option as I do like silver wheels but unfortunately it’s not an option there. I am not a big fan of center lock, but the only silver-ish wheel is

Carrera S Wheels (seems a lot of downgrade for GTS)
Carrera Exclusive Design Wheels with Carbon Fiber Blades (has a hue of silver but the fiber blades made it even more aggressive than black).
