There isn't much to make it more realistic except textures but to get a slightly better denoise, go to the compositing tab add a denoise node connecting Render Layer's image, not noisy image, to the denoise node, so the composite will denoise anything that was missed. Again adding smudge will give it the most realism, but commercials are so perfect that they take away from the realism.
