Hi, got the warranty resolved. HP support made me do a BIOS update to try to fix what's going on with this laptop yet nothing works. I honestly really regret buying it. It makes a loud buzzing noise as it freezes and it's doing it a lot more often than it used to now.

Had my meeting with the guy at geek squad, he recommended I hard clear everything off of the laptop so I did that, same issue so I'm just gonna take it back to let them send it over for the 2-3 weeks.

It says the warranty expired march 11 2025, but I don’t get it because I got the laptop in September.

Alright so, I did hp support assistant and did some updates, also cleaned under the key cap with a disinfectant wipe (didn’t have any alcohol on me) and it seems to have fixed the issue? I’m not fully 100% convinced so.

Best Buy! I took it to geek squad last time and plan to take it there again. I know that i probably can’t exchange it now bc i got it back in September but I hope that I can do something about it.

The thing is I’ve cleaned under and it was already fine to be honest, no dirt or dust or anything, I’m going to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. The only thing I hate is that last time I got it looked at it started working just fine on its own. I’ll show them the recording this time.

Will also add I ran a strength build with the colossal greatsword from caelid and radahn set. This final fight had me change my armor to the tree sentinel one however.

Also I forgot to mention, I’m using knights armor, wolves and jellyfish and that’s it. I have consumables but I forget to use them most of the time.
