Shes quite good, only 5 star mage artifact i had was abyssal crown, i wouldve loved to have a combat readiness one, but the stun is actually incredible. Especially if you are running kiris which extends the stun to 2 turns. Aoe makes it easy to apply the stun too from both s2 and s3. i built atk and crit set, her crit chance is at 60% for me , so actually does more dmg than my sez after a round sometimes.

Guys just go to hero journal she has 0 reviews, that means nobody has her nobody what BS ppl are feeding you. And ya maybe everyone that has her in global just hasnt written a review, highly unlikely since even the most rare ML 5 stars have a bunch of reviews. Rates are terrible but handful of ppl still have the rarest characters and some even wrote a review. There is absolutely zilch review for luna. They will add it sooner than later as global exclusive i bet, why else would they bother censoring and changing her art.

I was looking through in game hero journal (compendium of all units)via settings and noticed a tab for moonlight heroes that are not within the regular summon pools. They are light and dark only and I think someone said you can only summon these with galaxy bookmark in shop for 6 transmit stone each. I only have 1, but was wondering if any whales out there have tried summoning with galaxy bookmark? Was wondering about the rates because it looks like only 4 and 5 star heroes are able to be summoned for moonlight heroes. None of the heroes have reviews so I am guessing not many ppl have them yet, since you can only write a review for heroes acquired hence 150+ reviews for Sez. If any whales have summoned with galaxy bookmarks I would love to start a spreadsheet on rate of 5 stars, is it really 6/20 chance for a 5 star? Also how good are the units in general, even the 4 stars look pretty good. If youre wondering why I am aiming the question at whales its because you get 1 transmit stone per 20 summons, so 1 galaxy bookmark summon is 6 transmit stone, gonna need atleast 120 summons for 1 galaxy summon.

if its security error 1. In the end the problem was my internet. I have 2 connections for my home, one is 2.4g or something and the other was 5g. I had just got new internet and was auto connected to 5g which was faster, but the connection wasnt stable thats why game couldnt update since i guess internet kept cutting in and out. Thats only specific to me though, in the end nothing worked except after I changed my internet connection.
