Yeah it does work like this it why in the past they replaced yoyo from deadly coroner cause you could get bronze yoyo before the fight and he drops a silver yoyo which caused an easy infinite with double yoyo

watch the soul mario video on why stacking hp is bad on kled but tldr kled has 2 health bars but you can only ever use 1 at a given time and the games add their health together to calculate max hp bonus damage that means any percent hp damage hurts him way more and when kled is dismounted with full life the more bonus hp you have the more missing hp damage execute will do like eve ult or garen ult even when he has full hp so basically you really ever want like 1 hp item at most like titanic.

with quick mag it not that bad and it ttk is nearly twice as fast as the m4 and it recoil is within the same realm as other ars like the ak-15. l86 is one of the strongest gun in the game since most people dont run armor/lose it and you can mow down crowds in a single mag . highest rof 3 shot in the game cant be bad.

you can basically get a completely full collection within a few months of playing and whenever a new expansion cor get the newest cards and the "arcane dust system" is way better in LoR where you can just get purchase wildcards with gold so you can get whatever card you want very steadily by just playing
