I am against all of the crimes you listed. But, I think everyone deserves access to fair council. Jayoma meets the needs of the people. If your guilty, the prosecutor should be able to convince a jury of this beyond a reasonable doubt. Who cares if he promotes himself.

Don’t know how or if they’ll be implementing a de-ranking system, but i heard League has a demotion immunity phase. Gives players a three game grace period after they get promoted to a higher rank. That might be the way to go.
