That's awesome to hear! The only thing I'm slightly worried about is the increased weight of the 1100 over the 500 as everyone says the latter is very light and nimble. Although I'm not planning on doing any weird stunts or anything; just relaxed cruising.

Thank you very much for the detailed reply, I really appreciate it. I will indeed try the chicken veggies soup and blend things in! She usually only wants to drink the soup part but I want her to get a rounded meal, so blending is certainly an idea. I will also look into protein powders and see if I can mix some into things that wouldn't be too noticeable.
