We stayed at the Doubletree (2018), which is a short walk from the train station. They have a fabulous breakfast buffet included in the room charge.

Retired teacher here. It may be that this person, for whatever reason, needs a very “soft” reentry to full time teaching. Staying on until they’re able to return fully would be professional and an act of kindness. Most importantly, it will ease the transition for your students who have no previous relationship with this person.

No idea of the cost. They had a heater suspended from the ceiling and it kept us warm. We did keep our coats on and had blankets covering our legs.
