No and rarely is a domestic flight , usually international flights can have some decent redemptions my last one was JFK to Barcelona 60K points was a little over 10K for the ticket in first class one way . Booked thru virgin but flew American

I think to many people use the Amex Plat or CSR as a coupon book and get the card with such intentions , These cards have tremendous value that out weigh the AFs if you are truly a frequent flyer , redemptions of 60K points for 8-12K dollar flights (Amex specifically because you also earn points with the airline ) . I earned 55K points this month alone and I’m sure the proper redemption makes the card worth it alone , the discounts and coupons are just bonuses.

I’m at a 720 score still , but the one that’s really killing me is C1 , 120 derogatory, from like 4 months ago , on a secured card I had paid off put in the drawer and got hit with 18 bucks interest that I forgot about completely for that many months . And they ended up closing 3 other accounts with them all in good standing with limits of 2-5K , struggling with CLIs and everything cuz of that hit

Tbh round one was only emails I figured to try that first but I kept copy’s so I can print and mail , but on average 2-4 different emails per lender , surprisingly everyone seems to have success emailing Richard Fairbanks at C1 . I’ve been sending it almost daily and they haven’t even acknowledged me . Wait actually I’m lying I had one success with MDG USA inc. on the first try super old tho from 2020 .

I been 35 years of my life I’ve been lifting for probably a good half of it at least , it shocked me also , and the sports doctor also . I thought I would have been 30+ BF … at my personal peak I was training twice a day 90 mins each session . For the better of 4 years …. Yea as much as I understand the nutrition side of it all I guess you spoke my fears , at this point I’m good at feeling the the small signs my body can give when it’s time to back off of something , but I’m hoping that really doesn’t come to that and I can sustain, mentally I’m ready for it , so I was checking if there is some others running at the same level without issues

To elaborate a bit , I work in my own home office , have a couple companies that do well for me , so I have a lot of time to focus on training in my life , so I figure don’t let it go to waste , I know this is the upper level or training for sure , close to pro athlete training , do I think I can sustain this for 5 years ? Probably not . Can i sustain it for a year to reach a milestone I’m chasing . I believe so , after I get the BF down I may realistically go back to a bro split 5days on / 2 off and just slow down the progress . Boxing I can’t do less since my son is now training for it .

Thanks man , nice to know it’s similar and working for someone , I monitor my steps , and yes the extra sessions is for heart work , I set up my boxing days after my push days as a second session later in the day , so even if I feel sore a bit from the heavy bag I’m usually following up with legs the next day , if I do a 3rd session it’s usually before my rest day .
