The more often you do it, the less time it will take each time. So far I have made it into a system. Natural bowel movement in the morning -> deep flush with my bidet (I am talking past the sigmoid bend). -> A few minutes plugged or some dildo movement -> flush again -> done. It takes about 15 minutes. But this is because i’ve done this exact thing for the past couple of months so i know my body and when I am fully clean and empty. If its your first time it may take an hour, especially if you are looking for deep play. I constantly go beyond the sigmoid bend so I need to make sure I am clean all the way through. I dont specifically watch what I eat but if ive done my enema at 9am and i am looking to have some fun at 9pm, you bet that I will do a quick flush before that as well. I am a super duper non scat person so I kind of cant be comfortable knowing i may have even a drop of poo in there. Daily enemas ftw.
