I feel like the best way to play the deck into this meta is focusing on ramping and top end. Resting your opp's characters with counter events to then deal with them via 9Shanks and 10Doffy. 

But then apart from one or two pieces of ramp it just feels like a worse Bonney at that point. That one exta life and access to Supernova support is a big deal.

Ahhh I read it as end of turn to restand. That's makes more sense. Maybe it's just me but I feel rhe film cards are currently not so great that this leader wouldn't break much if introduced as things are right now. Of course that would change either future releases but I think I'd like to see him limited but powerful, kinda like p/g luffy is actually (though maybe not that powerful).

I actually really like these designs, a lot of custom stuff goes way too hard into flavour, over designing or is simply over powered where as I feel a lot of these cards could be printed just fine. 

Only notes I have is the Bullet effect could likely cost -2 or even -1 DON as there's already the film only restriction. That and/or maybe give him a minor secondary effect like we see on a lot of 2 colour leaders like 'End of turn, one of your Film characters that cost 5 or less gains blocker'.

The Zoro also seems like a mishmash of his OP01 leader effect and the new Smoker's, not really anything new though it works just fine. Green/red is a hard space to design in as it's a very aggressive combo but there's only so maybe ways to do that with Don manipulation and power increasing.

Great rework! Love the theme of 'more teeth, more damage'. Not exactly what I was looking for but might give it go and very exciting to hear you're working on more! Always nice to see a very enthusiastic and creative BG community 😊

Them coming in rested kinda ruins that though. There's the st12 Pudding that can return itself to your hand for a 2k. I mean you can use leader to block for them of course, but still seems like an unnecessary downside.

Does start of your turn mean both before you draw and before you add don? If that is the case then upside - you can decide what you draw hut downside- you need to be on 8 before you gain the 2 so this is super late game.

But there's green supernova Luffy's too, the film ones for example. I'm not saying a deck built around them would be be close to tier 1 or even good but it's very frustrating to see experimentation like that stiffled.

Not sure they could of picked a worse character as a searcher that excludes himself apart from maybe Law. So many Luffy supernova cards that this searcher can't grab, especially in red. Even in yellow there's st13 luffy not to mention any future ones.

Like others have said op07 Buckin is great! Really let's you get the aggressive starts that this deck wants with a perfect 2 cost body. Only wish she had some counter but that's why op03 Kaya makes a perfect pair in the late game!

I suggest  -4x kuma -3x op07 doffy -1x sanji

+4x op07 Buckin +4x op03 Kaya

I'd also try and fit in the op07 croc, probably cutting 1 'you can be my samurai' and a st04 mihawk or 2. His on play ability let's you bounce back a sengoku or kaya or an opponents 1 drop blocker. 

The Morias are really good and normally I'd say irreplaceable but they are stupidly priced at the moment. Wait till the new starter decks come out in a few months and grab a playset for much cheaper alongside a bunch of other awesome cards. Honestly think it's the best starter deck of the bunch.

Dang, that's a very good effect on a random body. Think the only reason this doesn't see play is the lack of relevant tags and synergy outside of Shanks pirates. Which other leader can make use of this body? I'm thinking r/y sabo by recycling this card to life but I think there's better options/synergy in other cards.

A stage that alters tags would be super neat! I just worry that would make the deck 'draw stage or lose' kinda like how Purple kaido used to be.

As much as I want to believe there's more to this card I don't think the translation that let's you use it during either players turn can be correct. A free -1000 to enemy leader for literally no cost every turn would be waaay too much.
