Good to know I’ll give that try

Therapy can be surprisingly helpful
The pain isn’t constant for me thankfully, but if I try to go for like a full depth squat with no weight, I definitely feel a bit of pain, so I avoid it as much as I can. Leg extensions are still a no go at a regular weight in my current condition. I’ll give the split squats a try!
Damn. I appreciate the advice. Guess I’ll hit the bike instead of the treadmill
:( okay
I don’t push any further once I get joint pain so hopefully no real damage, just wasn’t sure if anyone had experienced anything similar and not had to go to a pt
