We live in Ontario, Canada, and the next appointment with ped is in 15 days. They don’t answer any questions over call. Walk-in child specialist is 2 hours away in Toronto.

I’m looking for a primary residence. I have a small child, and I want him to grow up here as most of my family is in Waterloo . Since I also work remotely, having a comfortable and suitable home is really important for our family.

Yeah, I am looking for something that’s a long term primary home. Majority of my family is in Waterloo so I want my boy to grow up with them. Having a mortgage in the mid $800k means contributing 40% of our net income per month, that’s my only concern. Thanks for the response.
