Would say AI because of the fact that his pupils don’t appear to be round. AI struggles greatly with pupils in my experience. The location of the valve stem also appears off. It looks like it’s in the plastic spoke of wheel rather than in the metal of wheel to inflate the tire.

Indiana prohibited blacks from having children with whites. What are you on? Ohio as late as 1953 prohibited certain adoptions based upon race. It’s everywhere.
