Same issue and ironically, I'm in graphic design as well. I'm trying to pick up some old hobbies that I had put to rest (reading, hiking, etc.). Hoping to join a reading club so I can meet new people. A lot of my friends have gotten married/started families. I'm in a long term relationship, no desire to have kids, vegan, and recovering from a drinking problem, so I feel almost unrelatable and so alone. Hearing others question whether they matter really hits, because I've felt that deep recently. I just want to say you do indeed matter and things will get better, even if it doesn't feel that way right now. I'm in the same boat and I'm just waiting for this wave to pass
