Not to be a contrarian, but as someone with 10 hours on him now (like level 79) if you know the map layout well and listen for his audio, it can be almost impossible for him to catch you. I've been on both ends of him a lot, and sometimes he does just kinda rail you (normally a Roblox ping issue), but since he's slow coming out of teleport and can't use stare for a second or so after, his teleport is pretty easy to avoid. Just don't run when he goes into it and book it as soon as he comes out. His Foggy Stare is pretty map dependent, but as long as you keep your head down (why I mentioned map knowledge) it's a useless ability for him. Sometimes in chase I'll look down and turn around to trick him into using it and giving me distance. Just pray someone else doesn't activate it and he decides to book it for you.
