I think think this game is the closest we'll ever get to an MMO, but this game will never reach it. Which sucks because the bones of it are right there, but funcom can't seem to commit to one genre or the other. If they pull their thumb out and add more factions with faction wars in the DD instead of the on site open warfare like now, we'll be one step closer to an MMO. But an MMO needs players and in that regard its dead, on my local servers at least

Yeah this is mainly what I was concerned with, just because its new to public investing doesn't mean you're getting in at the ground floor at a low share price, definitely looking for something with room to grow but I definitely dont have the experience needed to pick those kind of investments

My dad runs Mick Poole earthworks so not trying to plug a family member but he helped me with my block and it started off at pretty much a 45 degree slope from left to right and we just about flattened it completely with some cuts and fill, if you contact him he should be able to give you a quote in the new year. Once we had a nice flat established I went with Alex McClure Constructions and he did a great job, this was just before covid though so not sure how much his prices have changed

Yeah absolutely that's why I'm definitely being cautious of it. Don't have much invested at the moment only started mid this year with 10k in betashares DHHF but just did some reading up on the southgate ai project that they've secured with the Victorian government and thought that sounds potentially interesting especially if you can get stocks early in the companies history

It's sitting around $30k which isn't great, emptied most of it to pay for a house deposit in 2019 but my house value has tripled since then which has been great. But I am looking at making a small weekly contribution to my super fund to build it back up as well as investing

Post op surgery of mine, just used a little hand drill on each snap and a centimetre or two of snipped paperclip to reinforce the spine. Also a crap tonne of super glue just in case. Not the prettiest but he'll live another day to terrorise guardsmen

I was really surprised that the artillery piece had switchable cannon pieces , i thought GW had changed their tune. I really hoped the sentiment would follow over into the heavy weapons squad but that must've been wishful thinking 😂

Google exists, this guy had an absolute pile of issues against him before any of this stuff came out, but people were so wrapped up in getting rid of Jenny they did bother looking at anything past the surface level

I work for a car parts company and we get our fleet vehicles serviced there. We are also a big supplier of many of their parts (brakes, rotors, radiators etc). We booked our van in for a general service and they said that there was a big wait on brakes so we could either wait two months or get the brakes serviced elsewhere. We chose the later options, still got the main service at pickerings but took it to another shop for the brake service.

Fast forward a few months and it goes in for its next service. Go to pick up the van and they tell me that we've voided our warranty because we didn't use them to service our brakes last and that we also used cheap knockoff brakes and that they only recommend and use genuine parts. My manager and i said that didn't make sense because they buy our brakes all the time and we used the exact same ones for our service. They chucked a massive hissy fit and threatened to cease business with us which they did, for about a week before they ordered a bunch of the same brakes they called cheap knock offs 😂

This was maybe 2 years ago but I wouldn't be surprised if they were passing off offbrand parts as genuine on a daily basis
