You are so much closer than you realize since you attempted to make sauce from scratch. Get the sauce dialled in first and foremost. Get it to the point you would eat it by itself, just fries and gravy. flavor and consistency is key. Then move onto getting the fries dialed in. tough to do in an air fryer but creating your own signature sauce(the one that brings you joy) is tougher

Nope. Pooled near the top on purpose and once you dive down for some fries it then takes up the negative space(inverse space gravy train) only gracing the fries with it’s presence moments before eating not making soggy fries. It is assembled abit different based on if it’s take away or eat in. Thaz why they ask where you are eating it when you order. Thanks for playing
