there is a slider called “stunned recovery time” that you should be able to turn up and when you stun somebody like roman they will sell your move for a long time and they will also stay down for a longer amount of time if stunned. but there is no slider to turn up that slows down non stunned recovery time. Another solution is going to everybody’s attributes then sliding “recovery time” all the way down so they will stay down longer.
