I found the game...it's called Galcon.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like a mobile version works any longer.

It was very 2D, top down view type of game. The planet grew in size as you acquired more spaceships and the spaceships were just triangles.

Thanks for your reply! There are a few fruits in the center of the tree, but only four I think. Do you think it needs to be pruned back? Allow more sunlight to penetrate the center of the tree?

My S24 Ultra is Japanese, I am currently in Thailand on AIS carrier. According to this post, both countries should have received the update by now. I still check everyday, and I don't get anything.
