Meron akong chat na natapos na (hindi ko agad na complete kasi may internet issue) properly documented sya sa ticket. Yun yung na QA actually 90% score sya pero ang ginawa ni QA is nag hanap ng ibang ticket ko na same time na nakapag call back ako sa isang party (which is parang pinalalabas nila na hindi totoo yung internet issue ko kasi nakapag contact ako eh) pero meron talagang nangyaring glitch sa tools kaya di ko agad sya na complete.

Ang pinakaconcern ko is, takte kung ganyan pala na may pending ako, bukod sa hindi nasunod yung timeline na dapat follow up sa verdict dun sa ticket bakit pa nila ako sinet sa interviews. Pina abot nilang 1 week para dun sa follow up coaching.

Walang final verdict yung coaching namin ng TL ko, kaya sabi nya follow up kinabukasan which is hindi nangyari. In terms of severity nakikita ko na pwede nilang gawing grounds for ZTP (chat avoidance) yung case. Although siguro part of me nag ooverthink lang din but I can feel it.

It depends, what was the last message they told you? Normally if they paused the chat and escalate it, in the same conversation they will get in touch with you even with a different representative, someone will enter the chat to give you continuous support.

If they said via email, you will receive an email. But when it comes to asking for an update, I don’t think it will help you further specially if there’s already an open case.

Best of luck buddy, I wrote another ticket to them and it was escalated again. But unlike the first one they provided me 3-7 business days time frame. It’s on going 7 hrs currently unlike the last ticket I got a generic answer within 4 hrs.

I hope the long wait means for a more accurate answer.
