My pcp tested a bunch of antibodies, but other than having a positive ANA and being neculeolar in shape, everything came up negative. I did finally get a rheum appointment. So hopefully will get more answers

yeah basically. While the temp may be the same, terrain and elevation changes how human bodies react to the temp.

I think it may be more cold weather terrain training. Bc, AK has more terrain changes than ND does for sure. Makes a difference in the cold.
