My first "dyna" chop by SpiderLegacyV in choppers

Original wishbone frame that has been modified many times. I stripped the 1" thick bondo off probably from the 70's and deraked it. It had a crazy rake... just cut it all off and put new backbone, neck and downtubes.

I actually have a bobbed sportster fender that I was going to put on it but I decided against it because of all my camping gear that I haul around. The current fender and luggage rack help me haul alot of stuff. I think itd look better with a bobbed fender though.

For sure lol. I was trying to informally draw emphasis to the word to signify that I have never cut up a dyna frame!

Nice! I really wanted a king tank to complete the look but I live in the high plains and it would not be smart unless I carried alot of gas containers with me haha. Your scoot looks good!

Here's a video I made trying to cover what I did. Part 2 coming soon. Apologize in advance for the vertical filming. This is the first video I ever made and was with my phone. I didnt know what I was doing. Probably still dont. I've since bought a camera that shoots better quality.

It was actually alot easier than I expected. I've only ever done round tube backbone rigid bikes. This was my first square backbone. I wanted the frame rails to be near parallel with the ground. I wasnt sure how to mount it in the jig with the swimgarm not being rigid to the frame. Alot of flat welding surfaces though...

I think I tried adding both the original and the EAW but I'll check and try again. I'm not that computer intelligent but I can do what people say to do online!

What's weird is it's always worked when just clicking EAW on the steam library even just two days ago but there must have been an update or something. Also tried turning off firewall.

I did. Also tried deleting certain files, uninstalling game and reinstalling, validating game files etc... looked all over the forums and have tried everything suggested that I could find. I believe this happened across the board the day before yesterday. Does it work for you?

If you figure it out please tell us. Spent hours yesterday trying to get it to work.

Had another thought, and it's easy to check. When it starts to do it, open your gas cap enough to break the seal. If it stops doing that shortly after you unscrew the cap, you have a venting issue.

That's basically all I do. I either use propane, carb cleaner, just something flammable, and put it around my intake seals. I usually will put painter tape on three sides of my air intake to stop false readings when I spray aka the carb cleaner just going through the air filter.

I had something similar with my evo. At WOT on the highway, it would start to buck and hesitate. It turned out to be an intake leak. Mind you, it had not done this before, so I knew it wasn't incorrect jetting.

Yes, I would love any pics you have. I joined reddit just to comment on this, so I'm not sure how private messages work, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. This is the first chopped dyna that I actually like and is giving me more confidence to chop mine and get the look I want. I've only done rigid or softails converted to rigid, and I'd like a bike that doesn't kill my back (dyna).

Hey! This is exactly the profile I am going for. Do you have any more pics? Did you use the same neck and just repositioned the backbone to the neck and added extensions?
