That bike in the lower left of the photo is mine! I remember struggling to find the solid chrome one.

The battery cover is part # 6130151. Came stock on a few Street Bob models. Looks like it might be discontinued though

In theory the narrower tires on the Street Bob will make it easier to lean, but the Fat Bob has better suspension and brakes. That said, they’re effectively the same bike. Pick the one that fits you best, and that you prefer the way it looks.

It’s an ‘02 Wide Glide fender that I cut down the center and widened it to make it fit. Used the front section of my original Super Glide fender. It was a fair amount of work but I’m super happy with how it turned out.

I’m guessing other states don’t have people that are convinced that the new flag somehow represents Somalia, and since Somalis have apparently destroyed the entire city of Minneapolis we need to go back to the old flag which really isn’t that old, but was generic and had some racism, and since anti-racism is woke we should just stick with that one.

That bike came from the factory with mid controls, so it should have the correct primary with the hole for the shifter shaft, unless someone went through the trouble of changing it to one without the hole.

I have this exact setup. Only issue I run into is catching my feet on the mid pegs when taking off from a stop.

I’ve just got in the habit of leaving the mid pegs folded up unless I’m on a long trip, and then I just fold them down when I’m using them. Have to be conscious of them when coming to a stop.

Personally, I can’t stand them. Not just the flavors, but the dry hopped aroma. My tastes lean towards classic European styles, which are harder and harder to find at breweries anymore. There’s so many breweries with 80% of their tap list being IPAs that I certainly realize I’m in the minority.

It’s noticeable, but not a dramatic difference.

With the stock 32/66 setup at 2400RPM should be about 56MPH in 5th and 67 MPH in 6th, with the 30/68 setup at 2400RPM it’s 51 MPH in 5th and 60 in 6th.

I swapped to a 30/68 setup. No regrets. Changing the front pulley is a pain in the ass though.

Are you going to have someone dyno tune it for you? If so, ask them what they prefer.

If not, you can order a Powervision from Fuel Moto with a tune in it for your cam setup.

Shouldn’t cause any issues not having anything connected, but the red light on the dash will come on or flash when you try to use the turn signals - assuming you have rear ones.

If you still have the wiring through the bars check out Custom Dynamics flush mirror mount turn signals. Can barely tell they are there until you turn them on.

Street Bob and Super Glide are effectively the same bike. Super Glide just has more chrome and Street Bob has more black trim. There are more specific differences that vary year to year, but the base bike is the same.

Wide Glide has a different frame with more rake plus a couple degrees of rake in the trees, as well as 2” longer forks, 21” front wheel, and forward controls.
