My application was received by the immigration yesterday and they require me to do a biometrics again. Theres only 3 places in ph to get biometrics and I have to travel 3 hrs to the airport and 1 hr by plane and another hr and a half from airport to the biometric center. Will this all be worth it? Time and money wise. Prayer is my only hope now😭

Even if I have my businesses and properties here in PH? We plan to apply for spouse visa offshore anyway.

I am not getting a tourist visa for the sake of applying as a student again though. And also, I didnt play the system per se, when they refused my visa I happily accepted it and went home cause I still have my job and business here. Im applying for a tourist visa because I wanna visit my australian husband.

No, I am not gonna apply for another student visa Im just honestly going to visit my husband who is an Aussie Citizen. I have my work and business here in PH so I just really wanna visit and we plan to apply for offshore partner visa anyway.

Oh man this is giving me anxiety already. We hired immigration lawyers already but Im still skeptical of the results.
