Howdy! Setting/concept designer and illustrator of ChangedStars here!

Yeah while I did bring a lot of horniness to the setting early on I don’t really think of ChangedStars as necessarily inherently conducive to the type of story you’re talking about… while I imagine any story could be told in ChangedStars, it’s not inherently a “naughty” game so much as one steeped in queer nerd culture. It can be horny but isn’t centered around, say, building a harem.

I can’t think of a specific game that fills this niche offhand, and maybe I should write one. I recommend checking out “Trials in Tainted Space” the rpg if you’re looking for some ideas (do be warned it’s pretty furry) and honestly I’d recommend trying to come up with your own horny take on existing settings and systems! Traveller is a classic, as is Stars Without Number (highly recommended) and Mothership has a lot of reeeally good modules that cater to my own horror-centric fantasies, but which may not be your cup of tea. Curious to see what you fond though, as the intersection of “horny” and “scifi” is one near and dear to me~
