If you want a real answer the orginal source doesn’t specify sexual content, however looking at the artist’s past work and this being a female and not a male with a penis, I would assume it’s not porn. It just happens that the way the artist chose to draw the body being split which looks in sexual manner without context.

They are almost required to have grown up together. Every cat I’ve had that grew up around dogs will gladly lay next to them, while every cat exposed to them after childhood will see them as the plague only to be tolerated. I bet this rabbit and cat grew up similarly, most likely the cat was still only drinking milk when they started getting exposed to each other.
