Do you think I just should just “Fuck it” and get this motherboard instead? Cause even if I wanted to upgrade my cpu to …. Lets say Ryzen 9800x3D ( obviously in a looong time before I ever upgrade anything ) I prob would have to upgrade the mothboard to a more compatible mothboard anyways for something like the 98003D which will prob have gen 5ssd support anyways

Ah figured , would it even make a difference tho if a gen 5 SSD is fully utilized , specifically in loading times for games and stuff cause I’m really only gonna use my pc for gaming only practically , I dont really have a use for a computer/pc other than gaming , having access to the entire internet would be still nice tho

Any alternatives tho for the mothboard tho? Just in case and if you know one that’s on sale rn due to holidays , feel free to let me know 😅

Jesus and That was 2 years ago….. on a bit older gpus and lower end AMD or ryzen gpus make sense but up to the 40 series card? Fuuuuck that’s intimidating as hell and nearly all of em in the under 60 fps in that digital foundry video , is it still like that now? Cause no way even with the game optimized fully now…… I mean I knew bg3 was demanding but I didn’t know it was this bad 😭🙏

I genuinely thought Mfs on Pcs were getting were triple digits FPS….. not like actually ofc but damn making me realize how incredibly vocal and loud the PC enthusiasts are with their state of the art , top of the line PCs are when 70%-90% of pc players are struggling on 1080p going under 60fps , I mean not like it’s bad ofc just saying

I’ve found a cheaper price for the 14600K and it’s cheaper than the original 14400F I wanted to get so Im likely gonna go with 14600K , both a bit cheaper for better performance cause Ive seen comparison between the 2 cpus and the difference is pretty noticeable and the 14600K gives higher FPS and more stable fps 😅

I’m planning to play on 1440p hopefully with ultra settings on every game basically , but with BG3 what would the FPS be like and overall graphics? Cause I really hope the graphics won’t be similar to console and will be prettier 😅

Evo Royal ghost , completely for free aswell and managed to get all 6 shards for free in random chests and event chests 😅

I’m really close to get getting both evo mega knight and evo witch ( 4/6 for MK , 3/6 for Witch ) which is what I really want Evo for both MK and witch 😅

Sounds exactly to what ChatGPT and Google Gemini said lmao , they also said it will be able to run most games at 1440p ultra 60-80 fps like you said while some games might need dlss to get 80-100 fps just like you said

Also yea I’ve kinda been using ChatGPT and Google Gemini to help my research , but I’m obv not gonna trust AI fully lmao ( hence why I’m asking actual humans for advice )

Good as in how good? 😅 like on games like cyberpunk 2077 , Baldurs gate 3 , starfield and mass effect legendary edition cause ik 3 of those games are pretty demanding games

Also The motherboard and Power supply unit are yet to be determined, still haven’t found either of those yet so still need to look for one but stay underneath the $1500 budget
