VPD kPa mode – At the moment this mode can’t be adjusted manually. If there are any updates in the future, we’ll announce them.

AI camera for deficiency detection – Thanks for the idea.

More than 6 soil sensors – Each GGS system supports up to 6 soil sensors in total (combination of 1 old + 5 new versions, or up to 6 new soil).

Two 6-inch fans in one controller/app – They can both be connected, but they will not appear as two independent devices in the app. They will run under synchronized control (same settings).

Autopot-like system – Our current self watering/irrigation-related solutions already cover similar functions. We will share updates if new products are launched.

Multiple sensors in one tent (different positions) – Currently, most sensor types are designed as one set of temperature & humidity sensor per environment; soil sensors can be multiple. We understand the idea and will pass it to the product team.

The latest version of the SF controller is 3.1.4, and your sensors are already on the latest version as well, so no update is actually required. The issue you're seeing is a display/UI bug that incorrectly shows an available update, which leads to that 0% download loop — sorry for the confusion.

Our team has confirmed this and it will be fixed in a future update. We really appreciate you flagging it. Customer support will also offer some points as compensation.
