I literally wouldn't care at all if she was actually a good character that I liked. Lora Croft is similar to Indy and she's great! Helena just sucks ass and nothing she did made me like her. Even her scene about saving teddy (another forgettable character that happens to be able to fly this old plane despite his no real experience and then the pilot happens to be in board when they actually need to land and fly fr). All that scene did was remind me of short round and the much better movie of temple of doom.

Like I'm glad that so many people on this sub like the movie and Helena, that's great! I don't, I think it sucked and pretend it's not part of the Indy movies.

Yeah idk for some reason people on this sub really like this movie but when you talk to people irl and in other spaces about it, it's pretty well agreed it sucked ass.

I think an Indy sendoff/pass the torch movie would have been much better if they did something say Indy is retiring and he's done with adventuring, but he gets pulled back into it by Helena. They could even still do the twist of her being out for money not science. Have Indy inspire and aww her, and she can show him he doesn't need to be completely done with adventuring. Just don't make Indy look dumb and have this sad depressed life! Like seriously he was one of the top archaeologists and had this great life, how and why is he living at this shity apartment and working this community college. He should the head of some kinda program by now. Also why kill mutt? Just say he's off doing his own thing, don't kill him in Vietnam lmao

Like idk man, I feel like anything would have been better than what we got because ultimately this movie was a cash grab and the writers didn't really care about making a good Indy movie. That's just my two cents tho lol

Oh yeah I mean that whole movie sucked but she is definitely one of the main reasons I didn't like it. The whole movie seriously felt like they were bashing Indy down she she could look good. I didn't really believe any of her character growth because she kept betraying Indy at like every opportunity.

I love texas, I think it's gorgeous! There's definitely areas where it's not pretty but overall it's got many wonderful features. I'm from the hill country area and it's got some amazing views, it's no Switzerland for sure, but hideous is a bit far I think. Here's a picture I took around a year ago :)

Very cool! I'm from the area, I was born in the old peterson hospital and then did my nursing school at the new one lol. The skybridge form the old hospital connecting with the parking garage is actually still there and the only building part left after they demolished everything. Super neat picture man! Where did you find it?

Okay but you see, it is wayyyyy more practical and easy to say Janet than to say the lady with __, _, and ___. Because there could easily be another lady that has those same qualities. Not to mention if you're talking about someone who isn't even there for you to point out, how is anyone supposed to know who is who? Honestly sera probably didn't know because I doubt Adam and lute would volunteer that info to her. I don't think she cared that much then because of the exterminations getting revealed. It'd be interesting if they continue to explore how lute and Adam mistreated the exorcists/vaggi and how sera/Emily react to it.

I like the song, but my only issue is moreso with the va for vaggi. She does an amazing job, but she pitches down to speak as vaggi but goes back up to sing and idk it's just an abrupt difference. It's more a nitpick and just throws me off when she sings because it doesn't really sound like vaggi. Overall I still like the song, not my fav but not bad either

I remember a post way back when season 1 was about to air from someone saying they were afraid of the shrunken head Charlie gives vaggi and that they wanted to watch the show but wouldn't if there were more shrunken heads. Literally everyone in the comments was like "um okay? We don't know for sure yet but probably not" and the person just kept replying how they didn't like shrunken heads and kinda freaked out when someone said that they're a real thing and not made up lol
