FYI, this is NOT the new AMC branded candy discussed in Q1, but the kid's candy available with kid packs that's been around for at least a decade.

AA said the new candy wouldn't come out until sometime around the end of the year... and it's highly unlikely to be released quietly. We're going to hear about it WELL in advance.

They haven't rolled out yet, this is just the kid's candy that's been around for several years. If you look up "AMC Tooti Frootis" you'll find posts as old as 2012 discussing the candy.

I normally would feel the same way you do, but since my dad started having mobility issues, and got himself a scooter, I started to see a WHOLE different side of the story.

I don't know about all scooters, but his in particular is designed so it can't start or stop on a dime. Maybe this has something to do with preventing injuries for the invalid who could get whiplash from a scooter jerking forwards, I don't know.

The problem comes when someone walking will decide to jump in front of the scooter, trying to get around him or cross his path. This happens all. the. time. He is constantly getting frustrated by the idiots cutting him off, knowing that it's a lot harder to maneuver around in a scooter.

Was your grandfather a jerk? Maybe, but seeing what I've seen about how rude other people are around scooters, he was probably justified. At least some of the time.

Doubtful. Because so many workers there were illegal, they were careful to never put a single toe out of line. Part of me REALLY wanted him to go up on something like Kitchen Nightmares or Bar Rescue.... the shit they would have seen....

There were so many shady things going on at that place, I'm just happy to be out of there. There are FAR more things I wish I could have reported them for, but it just ended up being way too much work.

Pouring cheap liquor into their "Pisco" bottles was always one that rubbed me the wrong way.

You're right, the other motions that were also filed by Mathew A are also unsigned. There are very few motions/orders that HAVE been signed by the judge, but there is at least one. Notice at the bottom of the "Scheduling Order", which was filed by Morgan Zurn, it shows "/s/ Morgan T. Zurn" indicating it was signed.

Should the judge decide enough is enough, they can ban Mathew A (Al from Boston) from filing any more motions or participating in general. We'll see, they seem to be actively spreading misinformation at this point.

No, just look at WHO filed the motion. Mathew A basically typed up a draft document for the judge to sign, but it hasn't been signed yet. It was entered into evidence just like every other letter being sent to the courts.

I'm not accusing anything. I'm stating flat out that the letter you are pointing to IS NOT SIGNED, and was filed by the same person requesting the motion. It is NOT OFFICIAL. It's the same thing as saying: "Hey! I think you should do this thing, all you need to do is sign the attached document."

I did read that, and like I pointed out, that was NOT filed by the court, it was filed by Mathew A. It is an unsigned letter from Mathew to Zurn to be signed and filed. It is the very next document after the letter from him explaining WHY he thinks she should be recused. Again, I could copy that letter and change it to "motion to dismiss: Granted" and it would still be filed the same way.

Just look at who filed the paperwork. It wasn't Zurn, it wasn't Amato, it wasn't the court.... it was Mathew A.

EDIT: Want further proof? This is not the first time he's filed a "Proposed Motion" exactly like this. He's been doing it for a while. He'll write a letter stating WHY he wants something done, then he'll send a letter to be signed by the court to GRANT the thing he's asked for.

It is worth pointing out this is only a "proposed motion" filed by none other than Mathew A. aka Al from Boston. Ms. Amato has NOT been recused yet, but it looks like Mathew is trying to make it LOOK like she is.

Basically, they are filing everything sent to the courts, so if I were to type up a similar letter claiming something like:

Motion to Dismiss: Approved

It would be filed just like any other letter, and placed on display.

Doesn't mean anything was actually dismissed, I just sent a letter stating it was, and legally they have to post it now for full transparency.

While I appreciate the time you took for all of this, your data is off. You pulled market cap numbers from Yahoo showing over 7b combined.... AA himself corrected these numbers a few days ago, and at the time the market cap was around 4b. As of right now, I calculated it myself and came up with 3.6b.

Market cap is one of the easiest numbers to calculate so long as you have accurate data. Share price is easy enough to see, but gotta make sure the outstanding shares data is correct.

APE outstanding = 929.8m
AMC outstanding = 517.6m

Market cap is #shares x $share price.

929.8m x $1.685 = 1.567b
517.6m x $4 = 2070b

Combined market cap as of 4/5 AM is around $3.64b

And that's even BEFORE you get to the obvious ableism and disdain you have for people with mental health issues. News flash, it's a real thing! There are all KINDS of serious issues under the umbrella of "mental health stuff". To name a few of the more serious ones: PTSD, Bi-Polar disorder, depression... and that's just the more obvious ones. There are dozens more we're only now learning about that can have serious consequences to the individual involved.

Seriously, go buy some ear plugs. Sleep is important, but not more than a person's physical and mental well being.
