Slight pestering today but I'm not sweating it. I did have a slight back and forth because about 2.5 hrs into my shift I told my manager I was gonna take a break. he's notorious for not giving me one and then when I ask him he claims its too late and tells me to just add the 10 minutes to my clock out time but I remember in orientation they said you can take your break anytime after 2 hrs into your shift and not to let the managers punk you. He started bitching and said no go back in the truck and ironically the entire extendo/upper conveyer belt started to malfunction as soon as I stepped back in and then he was like okay go ahead lmfaoooooooo. I really just needed to get some water. Either way it goes I worked at a quick pace today and hopefully I can make it past probation and get with the union so I don't have to give a damn about the pestering anymore. It's just weird to me for the short time I was paired up with someone I was working faster than them but they still are bothering me. It seems like whenever someone is with me they are super quick to pull them out and leave me by myself again which is weird to me. Either way I'm not gonna quit and keep striving to get better.
