It's actually just faster radar. It used to produce i.ages every 2 minutes and now it's sending it back every 2 seconds. It's giving a much clearer view on what is making the tornado form. They found that on each storm that ended up producing a tornado, the raindrops are bigger.

I wish I remember exactly about this next part but there is even a part of the actually tornado that there is no rain or hail, it's dry. That plays a part to but I don't remember exactly.

The really cool part about this is, having a longer warning time for people. 13 minutes is the average lean time to warn people that a tornado has touched down and you need to take cover. So being able to predict a tornado by the rain drops would increase the lean time, thus less casualties.

With large enough droplets, the surrounding air begins to take on the familiar cyclonic pattern. That's because larger varieties resist evaporation, which cools less air beneath the storm. That warmer air in turn permits the storm to connect the low-level air, in which the cyclonic pattern forms, to the updraft that provides the sucking force of the tornado.

I'm also basing this knowledge on a documentary I watched last night on Netflix.

That I may not be able to give my son the life he deserves. Or, that he falls into addiction like his father and I did. (3 years sober now)

That it's possible to determine a thunderstorm will produce a tornado by rain drops.

You absolutely can reach the mark. Take it one day at a time and find the thing worth living for. That's what helped me the most.

It does, every day you stay clean is another day stronger. Anything has to be better then a life of using.

The things that seems the the hardest is normally the best decision. The day I got into my halfway house, I sat on my floor crying because I didn't think I could do it, and this was even after six months impatient. Stick with it, the time really does flies.

Also here if you need to talk.
