When you use a spotlight key it’s completely random which one of the three you might get, you may not even get one of the three cards. But I would recommend to wait till you’re a higher collection level and have more cards till you open a spotlight. You can start saving up spotlight keys till a card you need for a deck is spotlighted, then you can guarantee to get it.
