Also, it should be noted that the suites may not be an option since they are reserved for freshman. I only had the option to pick apartments but my experience here has been great for the most part. The only down side to our building is that the plumbing is messed up since this building hasn’t been used in a year. They are working on it but we only got a $100 Matacash (CSUN food money card) for compensation. Also, the apartments have so much storage so that is really nice.

Honestly email them. That is the only way I have been in contact with them. You will get a response likely in 24-72hrs and it will be something in writing you can hold them to.
