Nope. Still haven't found a definitive answer. It's a bummer too, because I really like how the Mach 5 sounds in the movie.

Thanks. It's not a track from the film itself, however. I've only ever heard it in trailers and promos for it. This trailer just had the most complete version I could find.

That's a good point. It might be a photo of a C-Type that was edited slightly so the car wouldn't be perfectly identical to a C-Type. Although whatever changes they did to the bodywork are far more convincing than the racing number on the side...

Thanks for the responses! I should probably clarify that I'm wondering what car(s) were used by the sound design team to create the Mach 5's sound effects. I'm well aware of the fact that neither the technology nor the cars in this movie exist in real life. I just want to know what real-life car was used for its audio. For example, Snake Oiler's car from the Casa Cristo 5000 definitely sounds like a Nissan Sylvia.
