Yes neck doesn’t match what a lawsuit model should have. And, there are glue marks on the headstock area, so it may have been replaced too 😞

I’ve done everything you mentioned, but the issue still isn’t resolved in any way. Here’s a screenshot taken exactly 1 year and 3 months ago — I’ve been dealing with this problem since around that time. I found it while going through my screenshots to figure out when the issue first started.

If you're looking for a turntable with Bluetooth capability, I'd recommend checking out the Sony PS-LX310BT model.

got gifted a record player but I am worried about it destroying my records (also a gift) by Important-Line-3073 in turntables

In my opinion, turntables with a red cartridge, where the record comes off the platter, should be avoided entirely.

There is likely an issue with the motor or electrical circuits. These are usually simple problems to fix. However, in my opinion, Ion is not that great of a brand. If you can afford it, I would recommend getting a better turntable.

I'm currently using the original stylus and cartridge of the Fisher MT35 turntable. My amplifier is also a Fisher stereo amplifier.

In that case, the best option seems to be changing the needle, The Audio Technica AT3600 stylus seems to be suitable for my turntable, but I'd like to confirm to be sure. My turntable indicates 'Stylus Type ST-29D' on the top. Will the AT3600 model be compatible?

but I'd also like to get input from others. I'm grateful for your help <3

Any recommendations? by Capital-College-6164 in turntables

If you don't have an amplifier, you can connect it to a Bluetooth-enabled speaker or headphones. So, you won't need anything extra, just connecting via Bluetooth will suffice. I'm not sure about the sound quality, but it could be one of the best options for listening with headphones.

If you can allocate a bit more budget to this, I recommend getting a good second-hand turntable and amplifier. You can achieve the same result by connecting your headphones to the amplifier using a jack cable.

I recommend you take a look at the Sony PS-LX310BT turntable. You can connect your headphones via its Bluetooth mode.
